For custom software development, mobile apps, or websites, a refund is not offered once work has commenced. We provide clients with progress updates and allow for feedback during development to ensure the final product meets expectations. - Canceling Services:
If you wish to cancel a service before the project starts or during the initial consultation phase, we will provide a full refund. After the project begins, refunds are not provided, but we work closely with our clients to ensure satisfaction. - Subscription-Based Services:
For subscription-based services, we offer a 7-day grace period after the first payment. If you’re not satisfied, we will refund the full amount. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for ongoing subscriptions. - Refund Requests:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our support channels. We will review each case and determine eligibility based on the terms of the service. - Defective Products:
